Vysehrad is one of the most memorable places connected with the very beginnings of the Czech history. Situated on a rock overlooking the Vltava river it is the landmark of the southern part of Prague and an interesting observation point. The castle building over the place called the Libuše Bath has been adapted to serve as an exhibition hall of the Vyšehrad Gallery.
